Came from the diaspora to vote, the citizen cannot find his name on the voting lists
An expatriate from Gjakova said he was unable to exercise his right to vote.
The reason for his not voting is the change of citizenship.
He added that he came to Kosovo only to vote.
"I didn't vote because I returned my citizenship a month ago, I'm not on the electoral rolls. They told me to go to another school. I came for the elections, but I couldn't next time," he said. /rtv21
