Lawyer of arrested VV commissioner: Client told me she signed a document without knowing what she was signing

Lawyer Gent Gjini, whose client is one of the women arrested in her capacity as a commissioner for the Vetëvendosje party in the December 28 elections, says that his client "signed a document that she did not understand."

"The client said that during the interview, she emphasized that I signed a document but I didn't know what I was signing."- said lawyer Gjini in a direct connection with television 7.

"When the ballot process returned, she saw that the process had proceeded smoothly up to that point, there was no doubt that someone had interfered, but we only saw after two weeks that there was industrial vote theft.

"This commissioner of the Vetëvendosje party has fallen prey to fraud, she is innocent" - he said the lawyer.
