Martyr's daughter officially becomes PDK candidate for MP in Istog

The Istog branch of the Democratic Party of Kosovo has unanimously nominated Besarta Nurçaj-Osmanaj as a candidate for deputy in the national elections on December 28.

The news was announced by Ali Nimanaj, who wished Besarta success in this new challenge.

"Besarta Nurçaj Osmanaj, a graduate of the Faculty of Education and an experienced teacher, is a dedicated professional who contributes every day to the formation of new generations. Coming from a patriotic family, as the daughter of the KLA martyr, Maxhun Nurçaj, and at the same time an active entrepreneur, she represents values, integrity and new energy for society.

"Her nomination by PDK structures in Istog is proof of confidence in her capacity to bring a strong voice for education, women and our citizens to the Kosovo Assembly," Nimanaj wrote.
