The moment when Fatmir Sheholli is handcuffed

Kosovo Police, in close cooperation with the KIA and the prosecution, have arrested Fatmir Sheholli today, on well-founded suspicions of involvement in espionage.

RTV Dukagjini has published footage as police arrest Sheholli in the city center of Pristina.

The news was announced by the Minister of the Interior, Xelal Sveçla.

"Kosovo Police, in close cooperation with the KIA and the prosecution, have arrested Fatmir Sheholli today, on well-founded suspicions of involvement in espionage.

"I expect institutional treatment with great seriousness of this case, which constitutes one of the most serious acts against the security and constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo," said Sveçla.

Meanwhile, the Special Prosecution Office has announced that Sheholli has been detained for 48 hours.IndeksOnline/
