The right time to go to the gym to lose the most weight

Physical activity during the morning hours, from 7 to 9 a.m., is most beneficial for fighting obesity. This is the conclusion of a study published in the journal Obesity Society.

The researchers point out that previous research has focused on the frequency, intensity and duration of physical activity, but little has focused on the timing of exercise.

They used data from 5285 participants and physical activity was classified into three categories, morning, noon, evening. The results revealed a strong correlation between weight loss in the breakfast group.
