Kosovo Police have provided details regarding the arrest of Arian Sllamnik, suspected of fraud through the sale of veterinary medicines as a treatment for autism, reports. IndeksOnline.

The police have requested cooperation from citizens who have received health services or consultations with the use of any therapy or medication from the person in question and who consider that they have been harmed in any way, whether material or health-related, to appear at the premises of the Regional Investigation Unit in Gjilan for an interview in order to clarify the circumstances of the case.

The Regional Police Directorate in Gjilan, namely the Regional Investigation Unit in Gjilan, with the authorization of the State Prosecutor's Office, is undertaking initial investigative actions in relation to the criminal offenses "Illegal practice of medical or pharmaceutical activity" under Article 256 of the Criminal Code and "Illegal medical experiments and drug testing" under Article 257 of the Criminal Code, with the aim of verifying the circumstances of suspected cases related to health treatment provided by the person Arianit Sllamniku.
