The suspect in the murder in Malisheva is remanded in custody

One month of detention has been ordered for Astrit Isufaj, suspected of the murder of two brothers in Golluboc, Malisheva.

Isufaj is suspected of killing his wife's two brothers, Naim and Driton Morina, on Thursday, November 6, writes IndeksOnline.

After his arrest, he was sent for treatment to UCCK, after suffering bodily injuries.

Yesterday, the Basic Prosecution Office of Gjakova announced that the Court has requested that Isufaj be sentenced to 30 days in pre-trial detention.

According to the Prosecution, in addition to committing the criminal offense of "Aggravated Murder", Isufaj also committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Ownership, Control or Possession of a Weapon".

Among other things, the Prosecution's request addressed to the Court states:

“…There is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant with the initials HE, on 06.11.2025 at around 11:25 am, in the village of Golluboc - Municipality of Malisheva, he intentionally deprived the now deceased DM, and NM, both from the village of Golluboc - Municipality of Malisheva, in such a way that the defendant, as the son-in-law of the family of the now deceased DM, and NM, went to the place mentioned above, to the house of the deceased to pick up his wife IM, and the children, who were with her family on the occasion of the funeral of their father, and where the now deceased DM, and NM had also come for this funeral ceremony, and as a result of the problems and violence exerted against the sister of the now deceased, while leaving the house of the latter, an argument began between them on the street and at the moment when the witness IM, greets her mother and goes out of the courtyard doors on the street, she notices the defendant - her husband shot several times with a TT pistol at her now deceased brother DM, and then also shot several times at her other now deceased brother NM, the deceased DM and NM, from the wounds received in vital parts of the body remain lying on the ground, the defendant throws the pistol and runs away in an unknown direction, while the victims are sent to the QKMF Kijevo with no signs of life, the next day the defendant is arrested.
