If you're in your 20s and have trouble running to catch the bus, let alone running continuously for 20 minutes, then you could be in big trouble.

According to new studies, there are certain exercises that we should do during certain periods of our lives.

List, compiled by Virgin Active, shows the exercises you should do, based on your age.

Along with compiling this list, the fitness company also conducted a survey of 2,000 people, and found that half of Brits mainly exercise to look good, not to be healthy.

According to them, it is the age of 32 when we start to prioritize health and not physical appearance.

However, these are the exercises you should do based on your age:

What exercises you should be doing in your 20s:

– Run 5 kilometers in 30 minutes

– Do 20 burpees

- Do the plank exercise (plank) for a minute

What exercises you should be doing in your 30s:

– You must run a mile in less than nine minutes

– The plank exercise (plank) you have to do it for 45 seconds

– You must do the exercise deadlift with 50% more kilograms than your body weight

What exercises you should be doing in your 40s:

– Sprint for 60 seconds without stopping

– Do 10 pumps without stopping

– Be able to touch the tips of your toes while keeping your legs straight

What exercises you should be doing in your 50s:

– You must be able to run at a normal pace for 60 seconds without stopping

– You must be able to do 5 burpee without stopping

What exercises you should be doing in your 70s:

– You must walk a mile in less than 16 minutes

– You must climb 10 stairs in less than 30 seconds

– You must get up from this chair without using your hands and repeat this 12 times within 30 seconds.
