Theresa May postpones Brexit vote
British Prime Minister Theresa May confirmed today that the vote on the Brexit issue that was due to be held on Tuesday has been postponed.
Prime Minister May said she was forced to postpone the vote because the deal had been rejected by a majority, reports Indeksonline.
"We will postpone the vote scheduled for tomorrow and will not continue to divide the house (Britain) during this time," the British Prime Minister said.
This decision by Theresa May was surprising because a few hours ago, one of the prime minister's spokespeople said that the vote would take place tomorrow anyway.
Opposition leader in the UK, Jeremy Corbyn, called the Prime Minister's postponement of the vote a 'desperate step'. /Indeksonline/
