Three people beat Kosovar in Switzerland, pretending to be a hospital
On Wednesday evening, serious violence broke out in Bilten GL. At around 18.00 p.m., three people attacked a person on Kusterwiesstrasse. The victim was hit from behind with a hard wooden object and suffered serious head injuries, Swiss media reported.
While the injured person had to be transported by helicopter to the cantonal hospital in St. Gallen, the attackers fled in a car.
The police immediately began a search, which was successful. About two hours later, two of the alleged perpetrators were arrested in the city of Zurich. The two arrested are a 16-year-old Swiss man with a migration background and a 44-year-old Albanian. The search for a third person is still ongoing, albinfo.ch reports.
According to the Glarus police, the victim is a 41-year-old Kosovar. However, he is currently not in a life-threatening condition. The causes of this fight still remain completely unclear. The Glarus cantonal police are looking for witnesses.
