Netflix, the famous couple has taken a place in the hearts of many. The documentary focusing on David's football career also brought a piece of Victoria's life, especially her training.

Bobby Rich, the famous couple's personal trainer, reveals some little secrets.
“We’ve been lifting weights regularly for four or five years,” Rich says. “It’s as much a mental thing as it is a physical thing. Victoria treats it like brushing her teeth, it’s something she has to do and she prepares herself for it. It’s just part of her lifestyle. I do both, about five days a week,” the trainer continues.
The exercise ritual that Victoria and David do includes strength, power and endurance exercises, cardiovascular exercises, and intense ones for body toning.

For Victoria, it's all about weight training, which you may have seen her doing on Instagram. She does a lot of work with dumbbells, while with the help of an instructor, they combine movements from functional to more complex.
