Victoria talks about media pressure, what happened to her children?
Victoria Beckham has recently opened up about the most sensitive side of her life, that of a mother who faces the pressure of the media. In a new interview with People Magazine, the former Spice Girl and famous designer spoke candidly about how negative headlines about her children have affected her emotionally.
"It's terrible to read false or half-truthful headlines about your children," she said.
“As a mother, this is probably the hardest thing to deal with. You want your children to feel protected and understood, but the outside world can be very harsh sometimes.”
Victoria and her husband, legendary footballer David Beckham, are parents to four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. She revealed that, despite her immense fame, she tries to offer them a life as balanced and with real values as possible.
"We always tell our children not to take the news seriously, but to focus their energies on work and love. We are a united family and that is the most important thing," Victoria added.
This story comes after the release of Beckham's family documentary, which was praised for the way it shows the balance between fame, love and the challenges of parenthood.
