Weapons and ammunition seized in Vushtrri, police arrest two people

The police in Vushtrri, based on information received about gunshots, managed to locate and stop for inspection a vehicle with local license plates in the village of Shallce - where two suspects were located.

During the search of the vehicle, weapons and ammunition were found and seized: a long gun, an automatic rifle, two pistols and 38 cartridges of various calibers.

The two suspects, after being interviewed, were remanded in police custody for 48 hours. 

Cases have been initiated against them for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized possession, control or possession of weapons" and "Use of weapons".
