Ymeri reacts to the reductions: The energy network is on the verge of total collapse

Electricity cuts are expected in Kosovo today as well.

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) MP, Janina Ymeri, reacted to this.

Ymeri, through a post on the social network Facebook, has raised concerns about the management of the energy sector in Kosovo.

She has shown that the country is on the verge of total collapse.

"Why is the electricity being cut off and what is happening? KOSTT's statement says that KEDS has ordered/reserved about 26% less electricity than we need. So figuratively, like at Customs, you don't sell enough to import (KEDS). Because KEDS has not ordered/reserved electricity in time, the energy network is on the verge of total collapse. To save the system from total collapse, KOSTT is forced to order power cuts (reductions)," she wrote.
