The Mayor of Istog Municipality, Ilir Ferati, presented the works on the Mokna road.
Through a video, Ferati said that the second phase of asphalting has given a different look to the Mokna mountain.
"The Mokna Road is taking on a new look with the second phase of asphalting.
"From here, from this wonderful place, I wish you all a good weekend," he wrote.
