Foreigner tried to enter Albania with a bow and 21 arrows, caught at Greek customs

A foreigner was arrested yesterday evening by police officers of the Sub-Directorate for Investigation and Criminal Prosecution of Crimes in Igoumenitsa, against whom a criminal case was opened for violating the law on illegal possession of weapons.

Specifically, during a check by Greek Customs officers from Mavromat (Qafë-Botë) during the foreigner's exit from the country, they found in his possession a bow with 21 arrows, as well as a knife with a total length of 28 centimeters, which were confiscated.

The arrested person was escorted to the First Instance Prosecutor's Office of Thesprotia.
