The Austrian subsidiary of German airline Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines (AUA), could cut 15 percent of its total 7,000 jobs and cut wages by 13 percent in order to convince the government in Vienna of its future stability and receive state aid.
The Austrian News Agency (APA) reports that the Austrian airline has declined to comment on claims regarding the measures it will take.
