Police punish two drivers in Ferizaj for serious traffic violations - One of them a minor
Kosovo Police has punished two drivers in the Ferizaj region for serious road traffic violations.
According to the announcement, the first case was registered on November 3 on the Ferizaj-Gjilan highway, in the village of Dardani, where a 16-year-old minor, with the initials MI, was caught driving a Mercedes van without a driver's license and overtaking in full lane. The offense was reported by a citizen, and a procedure was initiated against him at the court for misdemeanors.
The second incident occurred on November 11 at around 13:23 p.m. on the Fusha e Pajtimit – Kaçanik highway. Driver BV, 28, was caught driving a BMW at 120 km/h in a 50 km/h zone. He was fined 600 euros for holding a foreign driver’s license.
The Ferizaj Regional Police has called on all drivers to respect speed limits and traffic rules, to increase road safety and prevent accidents.
