Dragash was never decorated for the end-of-year holidays, here's what the mayor says

A festive atmosphere is already being felt all over the world.

On the eve of the end-of-year holidays, squares, cities, and even villages are illuminated and decorated, but even this year, Dragash continues to remain without any festive spirit.

The citizens of this municipality, just like in other years, will be forced to go to nearby cities, or enjoy this atmosphere only through images.

In an answer to IndeksonlineThe mayor of Dragash, Shaban Shabani, justifies the lack of decoration of the city this year by a lack of financial resources.

"Dragaš will not be decorated this year! The reason for not decorating is that it was not planned earlier due to lack of funds. The municipality has not foreseen any activities for the end-of-year holidays in its calendar of activities," said Shabani.

However, the city of Dragash has never been decorated for the end-of-year holidays.

We recall that even the largest city near Dragash, Prizren, was left without a festive atmosphere, this because during the tender procedures, economic operators made irreparable legal errors and consequently the Municipality was obliged to cancel the tender.Indeksonline
