Two days after releasing the thief from Kaçanik, the prosecution issues a decision to detain him

Two days ago, the Basic Prosecution Office in Ferizaj announced that it had conducted a lengthy operation against several thefts committed during the period December 2020 and January 2021.

Regarding these cases, police investigators have managed to identify the suspect, JB (m/Kosovar /28 years old) who, during the investigation process and in the presence of his lawyer, admitted to a total of 11 crimes committed by him at home and in various premises.

While he was released by the prosecutor's decision, today this prosecutor's office is requesting his detention.

"Today at around 14:20 p.m., by order of the prosecutor, a detention order was issued against the suspect JB, from Kaçanik - suspected of several criminal offenses of aggravated theft.

It is worth noting that the person in question, on January 20, 2021, was released from detention due to the fact that an operational investigative plan was drawn up by the prosecution authorities," the prosecution's reasoning states.
