The KSF is highly praised in the Iowa Legislature

In the US state of Iowa, it is a tradition for the head of the military, the Iowa National Guard, to report at the beginning of the year, in addition to political leaders.

General Benjamin Corell, in his address, spoke about the strategic connection they have with the newest state in Europe, Kosovo.

In March, an elite unit of Kosovar soldiers will be engaged in a mission abroad in cooperation with the Iowa National Guard, Corell provided details, Klan Kosova reports.

"The year 2021 brings an exciting new dynamic to our partnership program with the state of Kosovo. We have coordinated logistics and personnel from the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) to join the Iowa National Guard in our missions in the Middle East. This will mark the first engagement of the Kosovo Security Force outside its borders.", said the American soldier.

The General praised the work of Kosovo soldiers who have been serving in the KSF with a military mission since December 14, 2018.
