Gym on the hottest days, here's what you should do
In your fitness regime, the heat wave should not interfere and affect the preparatory training.
But if you want a regimen that you can exercise safely even during these hot days, then apply some of the advice from the personal trainer.
It's really important to remember that the heat will affect your training, so don't push yourself too hard and take regular breaks while you're resting so your body can cool down. You usually do the workout in the morning. Also, don't forget to drink plenty of water.
