Investigations against Arian Sllamnik for questionable medical services, police seek cooperation
The Regional Police Directorate in Gjilan, through the Regional Investigation Unit and with the authorization of the State Prosecutor's Office, has launched initial investigations regarding suspected illegal actions in the field of healthcare, reports IndeksOnline.
The investigations relate to the criminal offenses: “Illegal practice of medical or pharmaceutical activity” under Article 256 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and “Illegal medical experiments and drug testing” under Article 257 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The purpose is to verify the suspected circumstances related to the health treatment provided by the person Arianit Sllamniku.
In this context, the Gjilan police invites all citizens who have received health services or consultations from the aforementioned person and who believe that they may have been harmed, either materially or health-wise, to report to the premises of the Regional Investigation Unit in Gjilan for an interview. Cooperative citizens will help in fully clarifying the circumstances of the case.
The police assure that any information provided will be treated confidentially and will contribute to the investigative process in accordance with the law.
