Crane breaks during construction work in Shkabaj, Albanian citizen injured

The police have announced that an Albanian citizen in Shkabaj, Obiliq, working near a facility under construction while driving a truck, as stated in the police announcement, had manipulated the crane in an uncontrolled manner, which had broken and injured another worker, also an Albanian citizen.

Police have announced that the suspect has been arrested, while the injured person has been sent for medical treatment.

"It has been reported that the male suspect, an Albanian citizen, working near a building under construction while driving a truck, had manipulated the crane in an uncontrolled manner, which had snapped, fallen and injured the male victim, an Albanian citizen. The victim has been sent for medical treatment, while the suspect has been arrested and after being interviewed by the prosecutor's decision, he has been released in a regular procedure," the police statement said.
