Future citizens of a newly formed "space kingdom" may need to pass an intelligence test to be part of the self-proclaimed utopian society.
At a ceremony at Vienna's Hofburg Palace on Monday, June 25, hundreds of people gathered for the inauguration of Asgardia — a "global humanitarian project" that hopes to one day establish human colonies on the moon, reports tch.
The first ruler of Asgardia is a Russian billionaire, Igor Ashurbeyli, a computer scientist who has been leading this new "nation" since it was first introduced in October 2016.
