Leandro Maksutaj debuted in the Swiss Super League, the famous former kickboxer is happy with his son: He is one of the best...!
Even though his father had a fantastic career in a completely different sport, Leandro chose football.
18-year-old Leandro Maksutaj made his debut with Winterthur in the Swiss Super League a few days ago, against Xherdan Shaqiri's Basel, writes Indeksonline
This debut comes thanks to fantastic performances in the U21 team.
Indeksonline.net has contacted Leandro's father, who is Azem Maksutaj, a famous former kickboxer.

Maksutaj thinks his son will reach the pinnacle of success and that there are many offers for him right now.
"This is a dream of every parent, who has invested years of time, love, knowledge, a lot of work - this is the result that made him debut in the Super League at the age of 18. Leandro is not a Cristiano Ronaldo, Lamine Yamal or Lionel Messi, but I think that at the moment he is one of the best in Switzerland. At a young age, playing in the Super League, that is, without various interventions, is something great.
"Many teams have been looking for him in Switzerland, but I'm waiting until he finishes his education. And we haven't decided on a manager yet. At the moment, as a company, Blerim Xhemaili is advising us.
"Within a year, I think my son will be sold for big money to an English, Italian or German team."

Will he play for Kosovo or Switzerland?!
"Even before he turns 20, I think he should participate in the Kosovo National Team, if they offer us a chance or in Switzerland."
"I have two boys who play football. But one will play for Switzerland, one for Kosovo. If I had three, I would take one to Albania," Maksutaj said. Indeksonline
