Lipjan: Preparation of the ground for the construction of a new neighborhood for families of war-affected categories has begun

The Mayor of Lipjan Municipality, Mr. Imri Ahmeti, together with his associates and representatives of the construction company, today participated in the beginning of the preparation of the terrain, where the new residential neighborhood will be built, which will be dedicated to families from categories that emerged from the war.

Mayor Ahmeti emphasized that this important project aims to provide decent housing and new opportunities for the families of martyrs, veterans and disabled KLA members, creating suitable living conditions and security for the future.

"We are building a new, beautiful and modern neighborhood, which will offer decent housing and new opportunities for the families of martyrs, veterans and disabled KLA members. This neighborhood will give the city a better look, but above all it will bring peace and security to many families. This is just another step on our path of dedication and concrete work", said the Mayor Mr. Imri Ahmeti.

The new neighborhood will cover an area of ​​approximately 45,000 m², with approximately 100 housing units, which will be provided free of charge for long-term use to beneficiaries.

This project marks another important step in the efforts of the Municipality of Lipjan to create better living conditions and fulfill its commitments to those who have given so much for the country's freedom.
