Lonely German millionaire seeks 10 people for company in "heaven" on earth
German millionaire Karl Reipen is looking for ten people to live with him in one of the many properties in New Zealand, which he describes as heaven on earth.
After many years of living there alone, he is looking for company. Reipen, who made his fortune selling iced coffee, has twice placed ads in local newspapers in the last week alone, saying he is looking for people to keep him company.
In his property in New Zealand worth 8,5 million dollars, there are stables, a winery and a fenced area, and the whole complex is located on the west coast of this country.
"They could live in the houses for two people and share the winery for meetings and lunches. They can enjoy walking, fishing, shopping, kayaking, swimming or watching animals," added Reipen.
He called on everyone up to the age of 70 to show up, adding that those who have their own horses are also welcome.
"If you are interested in living with an interesting group of people, this could be totally interesting for you," Reipen added in his announcement.
