Mimoza Kusari-Lila officially takes office: We will continue towards a sustainable economy...

After 15 years, I am returning to head the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This is what Mimoza Kusari-Lila has announced.

Today I officially accepted the position from the current minister and elected member of the Assembly of Kosovo, Rozeta Hajdari.

Convinced that with dedication, energy and vision we will continue towards a sustainable economy, with supportive policies for the private sector, start-ups, economic empowerment of women, strengthening and branding of "Made in Kosovo" products, as well as increasing exports and increasing the productivity of Kosovar production. Incentivizing businesses to work with environmentally friendly policies, promoting the circular economy, will have my special focus.

Our country's most precious asset is its young people, who with their creativity and talent have developed and grown the innovation sector - a sector that is now part of this department.

Public-private dialogue and the synergy created through the interconnection and coordination of all sectors will bring added value to the country's economy.
