•Recently, in various statuses of my colleagues, but also in television debates, the rights of creators and their musical performances, such as in presentations, concerts, weddings, and various gatherings, but also our copyright, have been debated and commented on. I consider that the entire approach is wrong! It must start with proper organization, within the entertainment industry, and not, as has been the case so far, with independent or personal initiatives. Since the beginning of my career, which is 25 years old, I have heard that at least an association will be formed, which would protect and enforce our artistic rights. In the last 5 years, I have been a regular member with a contract, on the Premier Songs platform. Thanks to this membership, I have no problems professionally, both on various digital platforms, on the App Store and Google Play. I am comfortable with both the publication and distribution of my musical products. This has helped me a lot, first of all in terms of piracy, and the return of investments in this industry. It is the first and only step, according to the law on copyright, of the Republic of Kosovo, to begin its implementation in practice. So I think, that it is useless to debate without a good legal basis! There is a lot to say, and in an absolute way I do not want to offend or minimize the work and opinion, whatever it may be, of my colleagues, but I think and I am sure without a better institutional organization, and with the help of the Ministry of Culture, none of these "concerns" raised, in the near future will be REALIZED.
