"After conducting several months of investigations, by order of the Special Prosecution of Kosovo, on Thursday police investigators from the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Serious Crimes in the Kosovo Police arrested F.SH., under suspicion of the criminal offense: "Espionage". The suspect F.SH. was arrested in the Pristina region, under the well-founded suspicion of having committed the criminal offense: "Espionage", under Article 124, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code. The arrest operation was also carried out with the assistance of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency. By decision of the Special Prosecution, the suspect was detained for 48 hours, and relevant units of the Kosovo Police are conducting searches at the suspect's residence, in order to secure other material evidence. The Special Prosecution of Kosovo, in cooperation and coordination with the Kosovo Police, is undertaking all necessary investigative actions, in accordance with the Code of Procedure. "Criminal and applicable laws, which the public will be notified of in a timely manner," the SPRK announces.
