Serious incident in Elbasan! Brother stabs brother

A serious incident has occurred in Elbasan, where a brother stabbed his brother after a conflict over weak motives. Police report that the injured 46-year-old has received medical attention at the city hospital, while the perpetrator has also been arrested.

"After receiving the notification that a 46-year-old man had presented himself to the Elbasan Regional Hospital to receive medical assistance, with injuries caused by a cutting tool, the services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the case. As a result of rapid investigative actions, the suspected perpetrator, citizen BH, 35 years old, resident of the village of Labinot-Fushë, was caught and arrested in flagrante delicto, who is suspected of having struck his brother, citizen AA, 46 years old, in the hand with a cutting tool (knife), for weak motives. The injured person is out of danger to his life," the police announced.  

During a search of the 35-year-old's apartment, the knife with which he is suspected of committing the crime and several shotgun cartridges were found and seized. 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, for further action.
