Starmer: Europe must be ready to protect its people

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, speaking at the Munich Security Conference, strongly criticized Russia for its aggression against Ukraine and the hybrid threats that extend across Europe.

Starmer said Russia had made a strategic mistake in Ukraine, with human losses exceeding 1 million, and warned that Moscow was rearming and could threaten NATO in the future.
