The flight attendant shows the shoes you should never wear on the plane

Flight attendant Andrea Fischbach revealed to "WhatToWear" which shoes should never be worn on a plane to ensure comfort and safety during the flight.

An American Airlines flight attendant revealed that she does not recommend high-heeled shoes and open-toed sandals because they “make it difficult to evacuate quickly in an emergency.

"Heeled shoes can damage safety exits or injure someone if they slip. I strongly recommend that you don't wear heels or sandals on the flight, mainly for safety reasons," she said, adding: "If there is an emergency evacuation, you should remove your heels so you don't slip. Who knows what conditions you will encounter during a forced landing. Besides, they're not very practical when you have to run around the airport."
