Në ceremoninë e zhvilluar me këtë rast ishin të pranishëm ministri i Mbrojtjes Niko Peleshi, ambasadorja e SHBA në Shqipëri Yuri Kim, zëvendësministrja Dallëndyshe Bici, gjeneralmajor David Tabor komandant i Forcave Speciale amerikane në Evropë, shefi i Shtabit të Përgjithshëm të Forcave të Armatosura gjeneralmajor Bajram Begaj, si dhe zëvendësshefja e Shtabit të Përgjithshëm të FA, gjeneralmajor Manushaqe Shehu.
