The agreement was signed by Kosovo's Minister of Defense, Ejup Makedonci, during his visit to Turkey, and his Turkish counterpart, Yaşar Güler.
"Exchange of military personnel, education, joint training, investment in the defense industry, and health treatment of KSF members in Turkey were some of the issues we discussed, and through the signed agreement, we pave the way for the process for their realization," the Macedonian wrote on Facebook.
He said that there is already close cooperation between the two countries in the military aspect, with the aim of jointly contributing to maintaining peace and stability in the region and beyond.
