Profesor Besnik Krasniqi fitues i çmimit “Shkencëtari i vitit” për vitin 2019

Sot Ministria e Arsimit, Shkencës, Teknologjisë dhe Inovacionit (MAShTI) ka shpallë fituesit e çmimit “Shkencëtar i ri i vitit 2019”dhe “Shkencëtar i vitit 2019.”                                                                   

Besnik Krasniqi, fitues çmimin “Shkencëtari i vitit” për vitin 2019 është njëri ndër shkencëtarët më të mirë në Kosovë. Ka diplomuar me sukses të shkëlqyeshëm në Fakultetin Ekonomik në Prishtinë në vitin 2001.  Studimet e magjistraturës i kreu në vitin 2003 e të doktoratës i kreu në vitin 2010, të dyjat në Fakultetin e Shkencave të Ekonomisë të Universitetit të Stafordshirit në Angli. Studimet e thelluara të postdoktoratës i kreu më 2014 në Indiana Unviersity, në një ndër shkollat më të mira për politika publike në Amerikë si bursist i njërës nga bursat më prestigjioze në botë Fulbright.

Në vitin 2015 ka qenë i ftuar si profesor vizitor në Universitetin e Michigenit në Michigen në SHBA në fushën e ndërmarrësisë pranë Ross School of Business. Në Michigen ka qëndruar si bursist i parë i bursës prestigjioze “Weiser Professional Development Program Fellows”. Në vitin 2016 ka qenë profesor visitor në Tuck Business School at Dourtmoth në SHBA në nërën nga shkollat më të mira të biznesit në botë.

Nga viti 2016 eshte ligjerues i jashtem në Shkollën e Mastritit për Menaxhment (Maastricht School of Management) në Holandë në lëndën Ndërmarrësia në Ekonomitë Emergjente, në programin e rregullt Master në Administrim Biznesi. Pozitën e profesorit të jashtëm e mban edhe sot. 

Profesor Krasniqi është editor i asocuar në revisten shkencore International Journal of Emerging Markets dhe anëtar i bordit editorial të shumë revistave shkencore ndër më të mirat në botë fushën e ndërmarrësisë: Small Business Economics, Journal of Small Business Management, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research, Journal of East-West Business.

Në nëntor të viti të kaluar punimi i profesor Krasniqit është shpallur punimi më i mirë në konferencë për kontributin e tij në sfidimin e dijes ekzistuese në ndërmarrësi (Best Paper Prize for ‘Challenging the conventional wisdom in entrepreneurship), në një nga konferencat më prestigjioze në botë – RENT Entrepreneurship në Berlin.

Aktualisht është profesor në Universitetin e Prishtinës “Hasan Prishtina”, ku ligjëron lëndët Menaxhimi i Biznesit të Vogël, Menaxhimi i Inovacionit dhe Metodat Kërkimore, dhe është shef i departamentit të Menaxhmentit në Fakultetin Ekonomik.

Kandidati është autor ose bashkëautor i 38 artikujve të botuar në revista shkencore ndërkombëtare (të gjitha në SHBA, Angli, BE dhe Zelandë të re) në bazë të vlerësimit të pavarur të dy recensentëve ndërkombëtarë dyfish anonim. Në periudhen tetor 2018- 2019 ka botuar 17 artikuj me imapct faktor dhe 2 kapituj në libra të botuar në Springer, një studim për Komisioni Evropian, folës kryesor në dy konferenca me punime në bashkëautorësi, pjesëmarrës dhe prezentues i disa punimeve në Konferenca. Ka fituar edhe Cmimin e punimit me te mirë në Konferencën ndërkombëtare në Berlin në vitin 2019.

Kandidati ka qenë hulumtues vizitor në Universitetin e Indianës (2011) dhe poashtu ka fituar bursën e Fulbrajtit (Fulbright) për punë kërkimore-shkencore në fushën Cilësia e Institucioneve dhe Firmat me Rritje të Shpejtë (në vitin shkollor 2014) në Universitetin Indiana, SHBA. Kandidati ka qenë ligjërues vizitor në Universitetin e Michigan-it (2015), dhe herën e tretë në Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College (2016) , SHBA. Në vitin 2013 ka qëndruar per specializim në Suedi në SIPU dhe SIDA në programin njëvjeqarë për zhvillimin e sektorit privat. Në vitin 2009 ka kryer me suskes kursin “Innovation and Technology Management”, në programin Master për Adminsitrim Biznesi në Fakultetin Ekonomik të Unviersiteti të Lubljanës. Është i çertifikuar nga International Management Institute dhe mbanë titullin Konsulent i Certifikuar i Biznesit (CMC) i njohur ndërkombëtarisht. Ka qenë fitues i grantit hulumtues “Institucionet, Ndërmarrësia dhe Rritja e Firmave në Vendet në Tranzicion” të financuar nga CERGE‐EI Foundation (Çeki) në kuadër të programit Global Development Network. Në vitin 2008 kandidati ka fituar grantin e mobilitetit të Tempus-it financuar nga Komisioni Evropian në Bruksel – European Union Grant for Higher Education)

V. Përfundim

Nga jetëshkrimi i kandidatit Besnik Krasniqi shihet se ai ka shfrytëzuar me efikasitet të plotë të gjitha shansat e ofruara për perfeksionim profesional dhe shkencor. Përgatitja e lartë shkencore (duke filluar me kryerjen e doktoratës në moshën relativisht të re dhe në universitet prestigjioz në Angli) e përsosur vazhdimisht gjatë studimeve në institucionet me renome ndërkombëtare dhe bashkëpunimi me punëtorët kërkimorë nga universitetet e ndryshme të botës bëri kandidatin të ngritët në një punëtor të afirmuar shkencor në fushën e ndërmarrësisë dhe biznesit me përmasa ndërkombëtare. Këto përvoja, kandidati i ka përcjellë me sukses te brezat e reja nëpërmjet mësimdhënies dhe më gjërë nëpërmjet të kumtesave të shumta në konferencat shkencore ndërkombëtre dhe publikimeve të shumta të tij të botuara në revista me renome ndërkombëtare. Përveç njohjes së pakontestuar nga Komuniteti ndërkombëtar i shkencës së fushës së vet, kandidati është i njohur edhe nga Komuniteti i shkencës në Kosovë.  Kandidati ka qenë anëtar aktiv i grupeve të ngushta për hartimin e strategjive të zhvillimit ekonomik lokal i dhe të atyre nacionale.

Argumenti më i fortë i popozimit tonë mbështetet në cilësinë punimeve të publikuara të kandidatit të njohura dhe të pranuara ndërkombetarisht. Në përmbledhjen akademike të kandidatit figurojnë mbi 50  punime të botuara. Kandidati është autor ose bashkëautor i 38 artikujve të botuar në revista shkencore ndërkombëtare (shumica në SHBA dhe Britaninë e Madhe, Bashkim Evropian) në bazë të vlerësimit të pavarur të dy recensentëve ndërkombëtarë dyfish anonim. Ka botuar dy tekste universitare, një monografi shkencore. Ai ka kontribuar  dy kapituj në librat e redaktuara. Ai ka qenë posaçërisht aktiv në konferencat shkencore ndërkombëtare, ku ka prezantuar dhjetëra kumtesa shkencore. Punimi i tij në vitin 2019 është shpalluar më i mirë në një nga konferencat më të mira në botë në fushën  e ndërmarrësisë. Kandidati gjithashtu ka qenë aktiv në konferencat ndërkombëtare të organizuara në Kosovë dhe regjion. Deri me tani kandidati ka udhëhequr dhe përfunduar një numër të madh projektesh, që reflektohet në dhjetëra raporte shkencore të botuara. Punimet e kandidatiit janë të referuara anekënd botës, që dokumentohet me mbi 900 citime (mbi 236 vetëm në vitin 2019) të punimeve të botuara të tij në https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=J80vJIoAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=ao — vlerësuesi i besueshëm i veprimtarisë shkencore në botë.  

Për me tepër kandidati, në periudhën Tetor 2018 deri në Tetor 2019 ka botuar 10 artikuj shkencor në revista me renome ndërkombëtare të indeksuara, 2 kapitj në libër të botuar në Springer, 1 studim për Agjencionin Austriak në Kosovë, 1 studim si autorë kryesor në projektin e Akademisë së Shkencave dhe Arteve të Kosovës , si dhe ka qenë folësi kryesor në 2 konferenca ndërkombëtare (Pragë dhe Maqedoni) dhe pjesëmarrës në një konference në Beograd, Berlin etj.

Bazuar në publikimet shkencore në revistat me impakt të lartë shkencor, monografitë shkencore e tekstet universitare si dhe kontributin në konferencat e rëndësishme ndërkombëtare,  deklaroj pa rezervë se Besnik Krasniqi është veprimtar shkencor me renome ndërkombëtare në fushën e ekonomisë që nuk mund t’i gjendet shoqi në Kosovë nga vepritarët e tërë fushës së shkencave shoqërore. Bazuar në këto fakte konsideroj se dhënia e çmimit “Shkencëtar i Vitit 2019“ këtij punëtori shkencor kosovar të afirmuar dhe i pranuar ndërkombëtarisht është plotësisht i arsyeshëm dhe i dobishëm. Një vendim i këtillë do të jetë një mirënjohje e merituar për këtë shkencëtar të afirmuar në fushën e menaxhmentit dhe ndërmarrësisë, çka do të stimulonte punën e tij të mëtutjeshme dhe do t’i tregonte komunitetit akademik kosovar se me punë sistematike në Kosovë mund të krijohen studiues të nivelit ndërkombëtar edhe nga fushat e shkencave shoqërore në përgjithësi dhe ekonomisë në veçanti. Duke qenë i sigurtë  se dhënia e ktij çmimi do të përçojë një mesazh të qartë për studiuesit e rinjë  se rezultatet shkencore vlerësohen dhe çmohen nga institucionet e Kosovës, propozimin e dhënies së çmimit  “Shkencëtari i Vitit 2019” kandidatit Besnik Krasniqi e mbështes pa rezervë.
